CFO of Ekspress Grupp to resign
The CFO and member of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp, the leading media group in the Baltic States, Signe Kukin will resign at her own request on 31 August 2023, the company informed the stock exchange.
According to Signe Kukin, the reason for her departure is a new job: she will continue her career in the field of financial management.
The Supervisory Board of Ekspress Grupp thanks Signe Kukin for her long-term contribution to the management of the company and the implementation of the digital transformation. The group will organise an executive search to find a new CFO and board member. Until then, the company’s Management Board will continue with two members.
Signe Kukin has held the position of the CFO and member of the Management Board of Ekspress Grupp since August 2018.
AS Ekspress Grupp is the leading media group in the Baltic States whose key activities include web media content production, and publishing of newspapers and magazines. The Group also manages an electronic ticket sales platform and ticket sales points and offers an outdoor screen service in Estonia and Latvia. Ekspress Grupp launched its operations in 1989 and it employs almost 1400 people.
