In April 2018, Kinnisvarakeskkond OÜ manages the real estate portal Kinnisvara24.ee that was launched by Ekspress Grupp and six real estate agents. The purpose of setting up a new real estate portal was to significantly improve the ease of use of real estate searches. The search engine of Kinnisvara24.ee differs from those of other portals for making it easier to find real estate properties with fewer clicks while browsing through the properties.
The launch of Kinnisvara24 is important for development of honest competition in the market and due to this, the Estonian Real Estate Agents’ Association awarded the first prize to the development of this portal: Read here
